THE 2ND ANNUAL CELEBRATE THE FORK DINNER: A BIRD’S EYE VIEW OF THE NORTH FORK VALLEY

HERITAGE HALL, DELTA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN HOTCHKISS
An evening of celebrating the Creative People that help make the North Fork Valley the amazing place that it is. Once again, we promise to dazzle you with the transformation of Heritage Hall into something like you’ve never seen before with unique artwork and interior design by sculpture Ryan Strand.
Dinner features your choice of, Pheasant in a pastry shell, Beef Bourguignon or a delightful vegetarian dish of this year’s harvest arranged in recipes selected and prepared by our team of Executive Chefs: Yvon Gros, Mary George and Ginger Fisher. A fine beverage selection of local wines, beer, alcohol and non-alcohol beverages will be served.
Entertainment includes music by Mike Gwinn and David Snider, an elegant dance performance by the new local dance group The North Fork Movement Arts Ensemble led by Carolyn Yates, and featuring the creations of our leading Artisans and Craftsmen Members. This year promises a special emphasis on the Value Added Agricultural Products of our Valley with displays of their products and achievements. All artwork and goods will be available for sale with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the NFV Creative Coalition.
